Time to add some more accolades! Six Cincy Region restaurants will be featured on America’s Best Restaurants Roadshow’s web series and three of the six are on The B-Line® including The Purple Poulet, Lisse Steakhuis and Bouquet. This exciting news highlights our vibrant food scene located right here Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.
Newport, Ky. is home to the Best Fried Chicken in Kentucky according to Southern Living, at The Purple Poulet. The Purple Poulet is owned by Chef Rick Zumwalde and his wife Roxanne. Stop in to try any of their 500 types of bourbons and ryes and their exquisite blends of southern flavors from Charleston, New Orleans and of course, Kentucky. America’s Best Restaurants chose two B-Line restaurants from the Holland Farms Restaurant Group located in Covington, Kentucky—Lisse Steakhuis and Bouquet.
Lisse Steakhuis is a Dutch inspired steakhouse that features locally grown and raised ingredients including produce and beef as well as seafood, yummy sides and decadent desserts.
Opened by Chef Stephen Williams, Bouquet is a farm to table restaurant that’s also vegan-friendly. They partner with over 50 local farmers to provide their guests with the freshest ingredients and have an extensive bourbon, rye and whiskey selection.
