Goose Island Bourbon County Private Tasting

On November 21st, the exclusive Goose Island Bourbon County Tasting Event returns to the Bourbon Lounge from 7-9pm!

The Smoke Justis team is crafting an incredible 3-course menu, the details to be announced soon. Each course will be paired with 2 pours (4oz) of Goose Island BCS and Sonder Family Tradition. The agenda will be as follows:

You will kick things off with a fresh salad course, complemented by Goose Island BCS Back Yard Stout and Sonder Family Traditions English Barleywine. Then, dive into the main event with their entrée course, enhanced by the flavors of Goose Island BCS Original and Sonder Family Traditions Base. The grand finale is a dessert course, perfectly paired with Goose Island BCS Bananas Fosters and Sonder Family Traditions Cocoa, Almond, Coconut.

After dinner Smoke Justis will randomly draw names of attendees who will have the opportunity to purchase full bottles of Goose Island Bourbon County Stouts!
