Riff Tops

New Riff Distilling in Newport is welcoming in summer with a series of rooftop pop-up parties.

Called “Riff Tops,” the events include  “inventive cocktails, beloved classics, flights, exclusive single barrel selections, neat pours, beer, wine and limited snacks,” per a release.

There will be views of the Cincinnati skyline as well as specialty drinks like “This  S%#! Is Bananas,” made with New Riff bourbon and Rhinegeist’s Cheetah beer, or the tropical “Everybody Hurts,” featuring with New Riff Rye, spiced rum, coconut cream and fruit.

The distillery says there will be a contactless menu and sanitizing stations available at the events. Masks will be required for entry. Admission is free.
