We’re excited to announce that STAVE, the culinary adventure that takes place on the Friday of Braxton Brewing’s Winter Block Party weekend, is back for 2024, Friday December 6.
We have more good news. Not only is this evening filled with the flavors of Kentucky bourbon and Braxton’s Dark Charge Imperial Ale returning, but this year renowned chef Edward Lee is at the helm for the menu.
Edward Lee is a ten-time James Beard nominee, author, and restaurateur. He’s creating a menu for STAVE that pays homage to the restaurants here on The B-Line, drawing inspiration from their unique menus.
Each dish at STAVE will be thoughtfully paired with one of Braxton Brewing Company’s 2024 Dark Charge Barrel Aged Imperial Stout variants or a signature O.K.I. Cocktail.
